Butterfly Forward Bend


1. Both partners are sitting, facing each other with one partner placing legs in a butterfly position with the bottoms of their feet touching.

2. The other partner then places their heels on top of partners knees, with hands on the center of the back of the partner bending over in the butterfly position.

3. Hold this position for 5 breaths.

Health Benefits:

Increases flexibility of both back and legs of the partner bending forward in the butterfly position.

Keep in Mind:

With each exhale the partner in the butterfly position can try to bend forward more.
